This extensive modernisation project of a modern 1 bed flat in Kingston was designed in collaboration with the client, to maximise space and introduce high quality finishes and that make this a standout property. All work completed by myself. Including;

Engineered oak flooring throughout
Waterfall mitred floorplate fascia detail
Waterfall mitred staircase with mitred side capping
Mitred window ledges
Faux concrete panels manufactured and installed
IKEA Pax fitted wardrobes with bespoke shelving detail and integrated lighting
Solid oak beam bed frame
Soft-close pocket door and additional stud wall into bathroom as a space saving solution
Floor to ceiling mirrored panels to reflect light around the property
Modernisation of all door linings to remove architrave
New Skirting board throughout
Relocation of sockets/lighting
Various painting/decorating
